I take great care in packing and sending your artwork and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of small business handmade and art products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, I will happily offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (unboxing video is best)
Once approved, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints
All original artworks and limited edition prints are carefully inspected before shipping and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Commissions & Custom Orders
Commissioned or custom-made artwork is non-refundable once work has begun, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
If your commissioned piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and I will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Digital Products (if applicable)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Shipping Damage
I package all orders securely, but if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos of both the item and packaging so I can assist you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
